We left Parla in d morning n headed south to Granada with a stop over in Toledo...a distant of about 400 km. Toledo is a very nice-looking n historical town and it looked as if it is carved out of the mountain it is located on. There was also a millitary academy situated across the town n separated by a river (didn't get its name).

Moving further south, we made a pit stop at a service area...and an interesting thing about this is that a musolla was provided...probably in view of d high number of Muslim visitors using this route. We also managed to enjoy fried calamari with chips there. The road later became steeper as we are entering a mountain range and d border area of Andalucia. The area here reminded me of d highway to Flagstaff, Sedona and Grand Canyon in Arizona (when I was there eons ago).

Arriving in Granada later, we went straight to Alhambra. But it was nearly 4 pm already n d queue for d tickets was quite long. So we decided to visit it some other day. We also bumped into a M'sian student from Korea, visiting d place with his friends based in France. Wahh...macam CNN punye report pulak. We then headed to our apartment, n after looking near n far for it (its address was not published on-line nor given on d is that secretive), we managed to meet its agent. D apt was a 16th century building which has been upgraded with modern fittings inside. By d way...there was a 'flash' incident inside that Nadia & Tasya encountered...and that is something else...with d building that old n what's not.

Later that nite, after having dinner, we headed out outside as d city was alive with people everywhere. We walked along its main boulevards and managed to visit a few historical sites as well. B4 turning in, dapat gak pekena kebab halal from an outlet not far from our apt.
