...Ciao Italia - Day 3 - Roma

theres a lot of Smart cars here...senang park n cilok!?
d Spanish Steps was built in d 16th century
near d steps...tourists everywhere
Many shops r closed on Sunday in Roma...or may be in Italy in general...similar to d Blue Law of Louisiana la gamaknye. So, based on d recommendation of our hotel staff, we decided to visit a "not a big but nice mall" outside d city centre...called Cinecitta 2. Unlike most of d shops in d city centre, outlets in d mall usually stay open even on Sunday (...diorang ni tak alim sangat kott). We took d Metro there n sempat to buy some 'baju raya' for d kids...hihi.

After lunch break back @ our hotel, we were out n about again n experienced d Spanish Steps (Piazza del Spagna) n d shopping streets of Via del Corso, Via Condotti n a few more...areas where u can find all d branded shops...Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, LV n d rest laaa...

@ Cinecitta 2...this really is a different type of Italian furniture than what we usually encounter while in Notts

While we came to Cinecitta 2 by Metro, we hopped on d bus on d return trip...tukar angin. We enjoyed d scenery of medium-high-density housing that seems to be d norm for Roma...

My Sayang relaxing her legs...penat gak kalau nyopping ni yea...

another thing that we observed was that they were really into scooters...macam2 brands ada...including Italian ones such as Aprillia n Vespa. This is next to d Termini.

As usual...d public transportation here is really ticket ride all...n no conductor to cek your tickets...kira trust kat everyone je laa...

near d Spanish of d gladiators clowning around with d Alfa 159-equipped polizia

foto op @ d Steps...we climbed all d way up lepas tu...penat gak...

at d top of d Steps...this makcik terkejut with the prices for d drawings...agaknye laa

After a few days in Roma, I saw Porsches here n there but no Ferrari...until today that is. This is not far from Piazza del Spagna. Ramai gak mamat2 berposing with d car...eventho it is d 'slightly old' F350

...n I came across this 2 smartly-dressed officer too...siap dgn pedang lagiii

not to forget these Bangladeshis...sempat jual berangan goreng dekat d Steps...

...among d favorite shops for d Arabs.... well as yang ni pun...

n while ronda-ronda...terjumpa pulak this Ferrari Store of Roma...tapi none of its items on sale...huhu

on d way back to d base, saw this street masterpiece...cun gak his drawing...n asking for donations of course...grazie...
