Today is d last day of d conference and my turn of presenting my paper. Not many delegates turned up...may be because it is d final day...n in addition my schedule has been changed from d original one. Afterwards, we ceq out n head for Prato Centrale, transit in Firenze n onwards to Milano. D fast train we were on was heading to Zurich but with a stop in Milano...a journey of about 3 hours.
We arrived in Milano late in d afternoon n headed straight to Hotel Una...n it was a great looking n well-furnished hotel. Milano itself looks totally different from Roma...so many more modern structures. But...that ronda2 activities is for tomorrow...tonite we rest...
thats me...in full action presenting my paper...hihi
after d conference, we headed to d train station to get tickets for Milano n passed by this piazza...Piazza Duomo
Porta al Serraglio is d other train station in Prato...but d vending machine there didn't have Milano tickets...so we moved to Prato Centrale by bus to get those
later, after ceq-ing out...we had a last look at Prato Centrale...ciao n grazie Prato...thnx for everything
in Firenze...while waiting for d train to Milano...saw this guy snapping pictures of Firenze's landmarks displayed in d station...he didn't have d time to visit them kott...
Italian lesson time...uscita means exit...but this awek (Korea/Jepun/China) got into d composure pulak...hihi
on d way...came across this Maserati factory in Bologna...if I am not mistaken d Maserati company is no longer owned by Ferrari. While on d way to Venezia d other day, my Sayang saw d Lamborghini factory not far from Bologna...but I missed it...sob sob
here we r in Milano Centrale...our train is d CisAlpino (final destination Zurich)...n u can c d EuroStar next to it
Milano Centrale from outside...we were on d way to d hotel...n waiting to 'ukur' d city tomorrow...
